Service area

ZuvaUp currently delivers only within selected service areas in Palghar, Maharashtra and surrounding neighbourhoods. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery time

Typical delivery time: 10–45 minutes (subject to availability and location).

Delivery times may increase due to:

Heavy rain
Traffic
Festivals
High order volume
Store inventory delays

Fees and thresholds match the order summary shown in the ZuvaUp app.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed before checkout.

Orders with an item subtotal of ₹199 or more: free delivery.
Orders below ₹199: delivery fee of ₹29.

Free delivery may be available for eligible orders or promotional offers.

Failed deliveries

If the customer is unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled and charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
